1. Services Provided

Jersey Kids Transportation provides:
  • School transportation services
  • Transportation for minors and students
  • Transportation for individuals with special needs
  • Field trip and event transportation
All services are subject to availability and operational conditions.

2. Eligibility & Responsibility

  • Services must be booked by a parent, legal guardian, school, or authorized representative
  • The booking party is responsible for providing accurate and complete information
  • The Company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information

3. Safety & Conduct

  • Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by drivers or staff
  • Seatbelts (where available) must be used at all times
  • Disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior may result in immediate suspension of service
For special needs passengers, accurate disclosure of behavioral or medical conditions is mandatory.

4. Special Needs Transportation

  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs
  • Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant medical, behavioral, and accessibility requirements
  • Failure to disclose critical information releases the Company from liability related to such conditions

5. Pickup & Drop-off Policy

  • Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • The Company is not obligated to wait beyond a reasonable time
  • Authorized persons must be present for drop-off when required
  • Failure to ensure proper supervision at drop-off releases the Company from liability

6. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:
  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Mechanical issues
  • Road closures
  • Emergencies or unforeseen events
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays.

7. Payments & Refunds

  • Fees must be paid as agreed at the time of booking
  • Refund policies (if applicable) will be defined separately
  • No refunds for missed pickups due to passenger absence or delay

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for personal items lost, damaged, or left in vehicles
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

9. Assumption of Risk

Transportation services inherently involve risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jersey Kids Transportation from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
  • Misuse of services
  • Failure to provide accurate information
  • Passenger misconduct
